Web Developer Intern

Position Purpose: The Web Developer Intern supports the management and creation of the new website as part of the redesign project for the Minnesota State College Student Association (MSCSA).

The intern will assist the Communications and Office Coordinator with the following projects during the redesign process:

  • Audit of current website content and pages
  • Assist in creating a website architecture
  • Assist with content migration
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with developing websites
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Prior knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, and/or Drupal
  • Works independently, is highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Currently enrolled student in good standing at a Minnesota State college preferred

Wages and Schedule: $11/hour, no benefits are offered with this position. During the school year, average weekly hours are about 10 hours per week; during the summer, average weekly hours are about 20 hours per week. This position has the potential to last through September 1, 2017.
