MSCSA designates 2013-14 Star Campuses

At the Spring General Assembly, Public Relations Coordinator Brayden Mann granted Star Campus status to thirteen campuses. This is the highest number of campuses to ever receive the award. The Star Campus is awarded to MSCSA’s most active campuses and the criteria include recruitment of new students to attend MSCSA conferences, active participation in our advocacy work and submission of article and photos for use in MSCSA campaigns.

The four-time recipients are Anoka-Ramsey Community College – Coon Rapids and Dakota County Community College. The three-time recipients are Anoka Technical College, Hennepin Technical College – Brooklyn Park, Normandale Community College, Saint Paul College, South Central College-North Mankato and Inver Hills Community College. The two-time recipient is Itasca Community College. Finally, the first-time recipients are Anoka-Ramsey Community College – Cambridge, Mesabi Range Community and Technical College-Virginia, Ridgewater College – Hutchinson and South Central College- Faribault.
